Job Title: Head of Human Resources Position: Head-HR Reports to: Directors Location: New Delhi Role Overview: The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benets, employee engagement, talent management and compliance. This strategic leadership role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, promoting organizational culture, and ensuring an engaged and high-performance workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy: Align HR strategies with company goals to drive business growth. 2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies. Prepare the training plans 3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and handle conict resolution. 4. Performance Management: Lead performance appraisals, feedback systems, retention & succession planning. 5. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies. 6. Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals. Required Skills & Knowledge: 1. Leadership: Strong ability to inuence and lead across all levels. 2. HR Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management. 3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business needs. 4. Communication: Clear and eective communicator.

5. Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
6. HR Tool & Technologies: Must have explore to work on HRMS tools and implementation Required Attributes: 1. Visionary: Ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" while addressing the details that drive business success. 2. Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, improving performance, and delivering value to the organization. 3. Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization. 4. Resilient and Adaptable: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and navigate through challenges with exibility. 5. High Integrity and Ethical Standards: Demonstrates strong ethical judgment, fairness, and condentiality when dealing with sensitive information and decisions. 6. Collaborative: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate eectively with leadership, employees, and external partners. Qualications: Education: Masters degree in HR or related eld (Masters/MBA preferred). Experience: 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. CTC: - up to 15LPA
