Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and manage specialized hiring in BPO, Call Centre, and Healthcare verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and talent strategies aligned with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify and fulfill talent needs.
  • Lead and execute strategic hiring plans for frontline and mid-level roles in high-volume functions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles – sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods (referrals, job boards, social media, hiring drives).
  • Collaborate with business units to forecast headcount needs and workforce planning.
  • Build partnerships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors as required.
  • Analyze and report hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source mix) and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure candidate experience is seamless and aligned with Redcliffe’s employer brand.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, background checks, and documentation norms.
  • Support retention initiatives and onboarding frameworks to drive early employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution aligned with company policies
  • Handle HR operations such as making offer letters, onboarding, documentation, exit processes and HRMS updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in specialized hiring for BPO/Call Centre/Healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Excel and hiring dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
