The HR Business Partner People Operations plays a key role in driving efficient HR processes and enabling data-informed people decisions. This role oversees essential functions such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and training & development, while serving as the central point for HR data and analytics. You will streamline operational workflows, create actionable dashboards, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Lead end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Oversee all documentation, including employment contracts, background verifications, exit interviews, and clearance
procedures.
Administer and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Drive Training & Development (T&D) initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to organize training sessions and track effectiveness.
Collaborate with department heads to address HR operational needs, including employee transfers, promotions, and grievances.
Act as the central point of contact for all HR data, HR Audits, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Develop and manage HR dashboards that track key metrics such as onboarding success rates, attrition, PMS outcomes, and T&D participation.
Provide insights to leadership teams through regular reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR data security regulations.
Foster a positive employee journey by enhancing processes across the HR lifecycle.
Address employee queries related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR policies
promptly and effectively.
Continuously gather feedback to improve operational efficiency and elevate employee
satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
Support audits and compliance reviews related to HR processes and records.
Maintain accurate records for all HR activities, including payroll, benefits, and training records.
Regularly review and refine HR workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation in HR operations, including onboarding, PMS, and T&D processes.
Implement best practices to align with organizational objectives and enhance HR service delivery
