He/ She will be responsible for driving most of the HR initiatives for a particular Business Unit & will also be responsible to Lead the COE for Employee Engagement + Reward & Recognition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Goal Setting

- PMS and Succession Planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Driving innovation in HR and automation
- Staying ahead of industry trends and supporting thought leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards
As COE He/ She will be responsible for running engagement initiatives for the entire center with a strength of 1000 employees in NOIDA location.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in HR with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant HRBP experience post qualification within the ITES industry
- Should have managed at least 300+ employee’s span
- Should have played a critical role in business partnership and stakeholder management
- Should be a team player and be organized.
- Must have worked with an IT or Software company.
6 ) Excellent on Analytics and presenting reports to the senior management.
- Total Experience – 10 to 12 years as HRBP and Employee Engagement Lead
