Key Responsibilities:

1. New Joiner Onboarding:

  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation prior to joining and welcome mails.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and coordination.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in addressing employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts.
  • Promote a positive work environment and culture aligned with company values.

3. HR Administration:

  • Manage and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR-related training sessions and workshops.
  • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

5. HR Documentation and File Management

  • Ensure 100% completion of employee files and records

6. Data Management and Analysis

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR function (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
