About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to manage, optimize, and execute marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead generation strategies using HubSpot. This role demands strong technical expertise in HubSpot, a good understanding of inbound marketing, and hands-on campaign execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
Create, test, and execute automated workflows, emails, landing pages, and forms.
Set up and monitor lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns.
Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support marketing and sales teams.
Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and integration with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, web apps).
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align HubSpot strategy with business goals.
Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and stay up to date on new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience working in HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing and email marketing best practices.
Experience in list segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in HubSpot reporting and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
HubSpot certifications are preferred.
