Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with a hybrid skillset spanning Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and technical leadership roles. This individual will oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobile and web application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and budget compliance. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in Agile project management, Jira, and business analysis, along with a strong technical foundation in web and mobile technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Plan, execute, and deliver mobile and web application projects in alignment with client objectives.Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve milestones and KPIs.Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as a Scrum Master.Track progress and remove blockers using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.Team Leadership:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration and encourage accountability to optimize productivity and team morale.Business Analysis:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.Translate business needs into technical requirements, working closely with stakeholders and development teams.Create wireframes, workflows, and functional specifications when necessary.Technical Guidance:Utilize knowledge in React Native, React.js, and databases to guide development strategies and problem-solving.Ensure adherence to industry best practices and scalable architecture principles.Client & Stakeholder Management:Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and resolve escalations proactively.Risk & Quality Management:Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.Maintain quality standards through continuous integration and delivery pipelines. RequirementsTechnical SkillsProficiency in React Native, React.js, and database management.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation.Experience5+ years of overall experience in software development and/or project coordination.At least 3 years as a Full Stack Developer, with 2+ years in a leadership or coordination role.Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst is highly preferred.Demonstrated success in delivering Mobile and Web applications on time and within scope.Leadership SkillsAbility to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
