Job description Job Summary: Flynaut is seeking skilled IT Support Engineers (Level 1) to provide exceptional remote IT support for troubleshooting, system monitoring, and issue resolution. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in maintaining system performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to CMMS standards for asset management and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively identify and report potential issues to relevant teams. Customer Support: Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of user concerns. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with CMMS processes for asset management and preventive maintenance activities. Escalation: Collaborate with Level 2/Level 3 teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary. Knowledge Management: Update and maintain knowledge bases and technical documentation for recurring issues and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support roles, providing Level 1 support. Proficiency in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems. Familiarity with CMMS tools and asset management practices is preferred. Strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional support to users. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in monitoring and managing IT environments for compliance-heavy industries. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
