This is a remote position.
In this role, you will design the CRM architecture, develop automations, build workflows, and act as the internal expert for a system you will help create and scale. Working closely with the HubSpot Implementation Manager, your work will directly support the Sales, Marketing, and Student Operations teams across India and Australia.

Support the complete migration from Monday.com to HubSpot with full data accuracy
Define HubSpot structure including properties, lists, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and permissions
Build dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Operations visibility
Create and implement workflows for routing, follow-ups, lifecycle transitions, and task assignments
Develop scalable automations for lead management, communication flows, and operations
Identify and deploy automation opportunities that reduce manual work
Collaborate with the India Automations Team and Australian stakeholders
Translate team requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions
Maintain clear documentation for systems, workflows, and updates
Integrate HubSpot with internal platforms, including our in-development LMS
Support API-driven or tool-based integrations using Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
Ensure clean data, dependable workflows, and smooth CRM performance
Play a key role in a foundational, company-wide systems transformation.
Own and maintain the CRM infrastructure powering Sales, Marketing, and Student Operations.
Work in a low-bureaucracy environment with fast-moving decisions.
Collaborate closely with teams across India and Australia.

3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
Strong understanding of workflows, properties, lists, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
Ability to build dashboards, manage CRM architecture, and automate processes
HubSpot Certification or equivalent practical expertise
Detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working AEDT/AEST hours
Experience with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, or Service Hubs
Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of APIs, JavaScript, or Python
Experience integrating HubSpot with LMS or internal systems
Experience managing CRM data syncs across multiple platforms
Remote-first: Work from anywhere in India.
Competitive salary: Up to ₹18 LPA.
Structured schedule: You will work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with one fixed weekday off.
