HubSpot Implementation Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-level CRM transformations and managing end-to-end CRM setups, complex integrations, onboarding, and deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead complete implementation of HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs - Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution planning - Set up workflows, pipelines, automations, custom objects, and data models - Manage API-based integrations, third-party tool connections, and custom-coded workflows - Build dashboards, advanced reports, and automation frameworks - Deliver training sessions for admins and end-users - Provide ongoing optimization and best-practice guidance - Coordinate with internal developers for technical builds and custom solutions - Maintain project documentation, timelines, and quality standards - Manage communication with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders **Skills & Competencies Required:** - Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM and its ecosystem - Proven experience in onboarding and full-scale implementation for enterprise clients - Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation logic - Experience with custom objects, workflow logic, lead scoring, and data modeling - Excellent client communication, presentation, and training delivery skills - Ability to lead technical discussions and strategic consultations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities - Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, middleware platforms, integration tools, or mapping tools If you are a HubSpot specialist with the relevant experience and skills to build impactful CRM solutions, MakeWebBetter invites you to apply for this position.
