Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams in managing, optimizing, and leveraging HubSpot CRM. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, looking to make a measurable impact while working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM database including contact records, pipelines, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Support marketing automation through setup of email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Assist in sales enablement by configuring deal stages, tracking activities, and ensuring CRM hygiene.
• Monitor and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting for better campaign performance and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure CRM usage best practices, data accuracy, and process consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
• Strong understanding of CRM database management, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign performance tracking.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate data.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
• Bonus: Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, LinkedIn, Google Workspace).
