HubSpot CRM Specialist

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM implementations, integrating systems, optimizing processes, and providing valuable insights through reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment. - Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and requirements. - Design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems. - Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices for efficiency and productivity. - Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within HubSpot. - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance. Qualification Required: - 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on HubSpot. - Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes. - Proficient in HubSpot CRM customization, configuration, and administration. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations and APIs. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. - HubSpot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software. - Experience with other CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
