About the job Are you an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing? Join our dynamic team to ensure the highest standards of software quality. As a QA Engineer specializing in automation, you will play a critical role in developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing using automation tools. Continuously improve the automation framework and expand test coverage. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the product. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and automation techniques. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines. Requirement and Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4 years+ of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role. Some experience with software testing concepts and methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance.
