HubSpot CRM Specialist

You will be responsible for leading and managing full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment. This includes customizing and configuring HubSpot CRM to align with business processes, ensuring successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption. You will also design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, and analyze existing business processes to recommend CRM best practices for enhanced efficiency and productivity. - Lead and manage full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations - Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with business processes - Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption - Design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly - Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices You should have: - 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on HubSpot - Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM projects - Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes - Proficient in HubSpot CRM customization, configuration, and administration - Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations, utilizing APIs and integration platforms - Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - HubSpot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software - Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus Innovate.
