Job Description

You are a technically skilled and data-driven HubSpot CRM Specialist, joining the dynamic team at AMPCO METAL. Your role will involve taking ownership of the HubSpot CRM system, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making to support revenue growth. Collaboration with the Group's Head of Marketing to align CRM activities with broader marketing strategies is key to your success in this role, playing a pivotal role in AMPCO METAL's continued success. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM to align with business needs and goals. - Designing and implementing automated workflows within HubSpot for lead nurturing, customer retention, and upselling initiatives. - Collaborating with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns within HubSpot. - Tracking and analyzing the impact of CRM and digital marketing efforts on revenue. - Generating regular reports on campaign performance, lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue impact. - Developing processes to manage, segment, and nurture leads within HubSpot. - Ensuring data accuracy and reliability within HubSpot through audits and data cleaning. - Working on system integration with other tools and platforms for smooth data flow. - Creating targeted customer segments and personas for more effective marketing efforts. - Providing training and support on HubSpot features and CRM best practices. - Staying updated with the latest HubSpot features, CRM best practices, and industry standards for continuous optimization.
