Company Description We’re hiring on behalf of one of our portfolio companies—an innovative EdTech startup transforming how higher education institutions connect with prospective students. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams in managing, optimizing, and leveraging HubSpot CRM. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, looking to make a measurable impact while working flexibly. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM database including contact records, pipelines, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Support marketing automation through setup of email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing workflows. Assist in sales enablement by configuring deal stages, tracking activities, and ensuring CRM hygiene. Monitor and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting for better campaign performance and pipeline visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights. Ensure CRM usage best practices, data accuracy, and process consistency across the organization. Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub). Strong understanding of CRM database management, workflows, automation, and reporting. Familiarity with email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign performance tracking. Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate data. Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity. Bonus: Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, LinkedIn, Google Workspace).
