Job Description

Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely delivery of goods. Last-Mile Delivery: Managing the final leg of the delivery process, ensuring that orders are delivered to customers on time and accurately. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborating with various teams to optimize the flow of goods from the hub to the customer. Inventory Management: Implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce storage costs, and minimize stock discrepancies. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing delivery personnel, including rider hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the hub and individual delivery personnel to identify areas for improvement. Cost Optimization: Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce operational costs, such as optimizing delivery routes and managing fuel consumption. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving delivery-related issues, and striving to improve overall customer experience. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on hub performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and recommending solutions for operational improvements. Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe and secure working environment within the hub and ensuring the safety of delivery personnel.
