Hub Manager

Operational Management: Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of goods.  Logistics: Coordinating with warehouse teams and supply chain partners, managing inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.  Dispatching: Planning and executing timely dispatches of shipments based on geographical/cluster knowledge.  Receiving: Managing the receiving of goods, ensuring proper labeling and storage.  Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety and quality standards, and statutory compliances.  Team Management: Supervision: Supervising and managing hub staff, including delivery executives and other team members.  Training: Providing training and development to team members on operational standards and company policies.  Performance Management: Monitoring performance, identifying low performers, and providing support for improvement.  Team Building: Fostering a positive and productive work environment.  Customer Service: Escalation Handling: Promptly and effectively managing customer escalations.  Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers are delighted and resolving any issues related to deliveries.  Financial Management: Cost Control: Maintaining the cost of operations as per budget. Cash Handling: Managing cash collection and reconciliation.  Other Responsibilities: Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports on hub performance and operations.  Safety: Ensuring building and member safety, maintaining high hygiene standards, and adhering to safety policies.  Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges.  Process Improvement: Continuously improving processes and adhering to quality standards.
