Job Description

Hub Operations Management Ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations (parcel sorting, bagging, dispatching) Monitor parcel movement and ensure on-time delivery & pickup Maintain SOP compliance for loading/unloading and handling Conduct daily huddles with delivery partners for briefing | 2. Rider (Delivery Partner) Management | Roster planning and shift management Ensure rider attendance, discipline, and productivity Address rider grievances, escalations, and motivation Track and improve first attempt delivery rate (FADR) and order-to-delivery TAT | 3. Manpower & Vendor Coordination | Liaise with third-party staffing vendors Ensure adequate manpower availability during peak periods Approve attendance, resolve disputes, and manage payouts | 4. Inventory & Quality Control | Maintain parcel reconciliation records Monitor NDRs (non-delivery reports) and handle reverse logistics Ensure zero inventory loss and shrinkage | 5. Technology & Process Compliance | Use tools like FMRTS, DMS, RADAR, PeopleStrong, Delhivery Ensure correct scanning, tagging, tracking through the tech stack Ensure field force uses mobile apps correctly for updates and OTP deliveries | 6. Cost & Efficiency Monitoring | Control vehicle utilization, cost per delivery Manage fuel bills, cash handling (CoD reconciliation) Reduce hub overheads & wastage 7. Reporting & Escalation Handling | Send daily MIS reports on productivity, SLA, delays Coordinate with city cluster leads or area managers Handle client SLAs for key accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Swiggy)
