Role Responsibilities

• Leading the continuous evaluation of HR Systems (Darwin Box) that include payroll systems, Employee Core, Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle (Pre-hire to retire) etc.

• Coordinating with Darwin Box, IT and the user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.

• Acting as Lead for in-progress HRIS system (Darwin box) implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget and Payroll.

• Supporting all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, employee performance evaluation, and document management systems).

• Thinking about quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity by ensuring a regular audit cadence in coordination with the HR Operations team.

• Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.

• Collaborating with the HR Operations team to provide support for HR technology matters.

• Translating functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.

• Ensuring 100% adoption rate, continues training to user. Developing Robust reports and accurate dashboards for user, managers, HR Leads. Supporting LMS & TA team for better utilisation of Darwin Box by solving critical process-gap.

• Listening to HR needs and explaining complex technical issues and solutions in a plain and common descriptive manner.


Technical Competencies:

• Expertise in Darwin Box HRIS system

• Manage new configuration of all modules (including payroll) and modifications.

• Configuration of security and role based permissions

• Creating workflows and approval flows

• Data Management - Import and export of data, Modification of Data

• Integration (API) with internal / external applications

• Strong understanding of all HR Processes (including Payroll)

• Expertise on Advance Excel tools

• HR Analytics
