Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Stress Engineer located in Pune. The Lead Stress Engineer will be responsible for conducting stress analysis, design engineering, calculations, structural analysis and related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min. 12 yrs of working experience in Stress Analysis.
  

Key responsibilities

:1. Piping system design and analysis: Using software like CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, or PDMS.2. Stress calculation and evaluation: Ensuring piping systems meet industry standards (e.g., ASME B31.1, B31.3).3. Identifying potential issues: Pinch points, overstressed areas, and potential failure points.4. Recommend design modifications: To mitigate stress and ensure system integrity.5. Collaboration with other teams: Working with design, mechanical, and project teams.
