Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and design HR initiatives that support business goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs.
Lead talent management initiatives, including employee engagement, retention strategies, and leadership development.
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, productivity) and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Act as a change agent in organizational transformation, supporting communication and cultural alignment.
Coach leaders and managers to enhance their people management capabilities.

Qualifications

Any Graduate).
Proven HR experience (typically 13 years for mid-level, 2–5+ for senior).
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
