Qualifications:

Essential MBA / Post graduate degreeor diploma in Human Resource management (2 years Full Time) from Institute ofrepute.

Desired Diploma in T & D/ Analytics

Experience: Around 2-5 years of experience onHRBP role where in at least 1 year he/she must be associated with CHRO/Director HR/ VP- HR

Job Profile: Position Description:

Thisposition holder will be required to provide high level administrative supportto CHRO for day-to-day HR Operation at Group level. Position holders would serveas an essential operational and strategic resource, and drives change within organization.

Positionholders will handle the role of HRBP and support CHRO for coordination andsmooth functioning of the HR function. Apart from this she/ He will beresponsible for collection, collation and coordination of data from all HRlocation for maintaining CHRO Dash-board and supporting HRIS/ Presentations /Minutes / ATR, MRM- HR along with responsibility of Induction & Orientationfor entire Group level and drive various HR communication channel likeTownhall, Rubaru, Samvaad etc.

Apartfrom above position holder will be responsible for

Willbe responsible for report analysis, report reviews. Working close with CHROsand business team. Prepare CXOs & Board Presentation.

Gatheringdata from Unit HR head for drafting required details for meeting.

Prepareand finalize written materials, including letters, minutes, presentations, andreports. Review, proofread, and edit materials to ensure they are grammaticallycorrect, factual, and in approved format.

Scheduleinternal and external meetings, provide notification to attendees andcoordinate all arrangements from set-up to completion.

Prioritizework and independently seek out relevant information. Coordinate with necessarystaff to verify project timelines and schedules

Interactwith the Senior Leadership Team, and third parties with whom we transactbusiness.

Receiveand screen incoming mail; make appropriate distribution and/or act on routineadministrative matters.

KeyFunctional Skills:

MSOffice- Comfortably use and adapt to communication technologies like Outlook, Zoom, Skype for Business etc. Extensively use Microsoft Office Suite: createspreadsheets using Excel, prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, use Wordto edit and proofread documents.

GoodCommunication & Presentation skills

OrganizationalSkills, Multitasking.

Discipline & confidentiality

CoreCompetencies

Strongtime management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize projects andassignments with little supervision. Must be self-directed and detail orientedin completing assigned projects and tasks.

Ableto maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters required.

General:

Candidatesshould not be frequent job changers.

Alongwith regional languages, basic knowledge of Hindi is mandatory.
