Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, managers, and teams to drive business outcomes through effective HR solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in HR to align business objectives with management in designated business units.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions.

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes.

2. Talent Management:

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.

- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement engagement strategies.

4. Change Management:

- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.

5. Performance Management:

- Partner with managers to develop and implement performance management strategies.

- Ensure performance goals align with business objectives.

6. Analytics & Insights:

- Provide HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

- Strong understanding of business operations and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes through HR initiatives.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

HR Generalist and Administration  

Collaborated with Business Heads, Mangers, and Onsite Teams to identify and recruit top talent, All the Operational  

Work, collaborating with the Accounting Teams to ensure Accurate and Timely Salary Processing.  

Inventory and Vendor Management, Policy Implementation and Development, Leave Management, Attendance  

Tracking, Maintaining Employee Relations and Engagement, Makes Salary Breakups.  

Maintaining the Accurate Employee Records and Data, EA-Strategic Support, Resource Allocation, Problem Solving,  

Facilitating Performance Appraisal Processes and Providing Feedback to the Top Level.  

Pan India Coordination with the Teams to Gather Feedback and Ensure their Requirements are Met, Exit Formalities.

Employee Records  

Administration, Implemented and Updated HR Policies in line with Legal Formalities, Exit Formalities, Assisted in  

Workforce Planning, Supported Teams in CRM Process.  

Employee Relations Support, Handle Salary Processing, and Payroll Related Resolution, Office Administration,  

Inventory Management, Tracked Attendance, Performance Management.
