Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a

strategic advisor to the business, driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and

employee engagement across our Gurugram operations. The ideal candidate will possess

hands-on experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, and performance

frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1 Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with functional heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements

and align HR strategies accordingly.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee engagement, performance, and organizational

culture.

• Support workforce planning, succession management, and talent retention initiatives.

2 Performance & Talent Management

• Drive the Performance Management Process (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year, and

annual reviews.

• Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in collaboration with managers.
• Facilitate one-on-one discussions to ensure clarity and transparency in performance

feedback.

3 Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations and grievance management matters.
• Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse checks to assess employee sentiment.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale and

productivity.

4 Policy Compliance & HR Governance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Support in policy creation, updates, and implementation aligned with business needs.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.

5 HR Operations & MIS

• Manage employee life cycle processes (onboarding to exit).
• Generate and analyze HR dashboards – attrition, attendance, leave trends, and headcount

reports.

• Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for smooth operational alignment.

6 Learning & Development

• Identify training needs based on business feedback and performance trends.
• Coordinate internal/external training sessions and monitor post-training effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience in Excel, HRMS tools (Darwinbox / Zoho / SAP / similar).
• Ability to work in a high-paced, evolving environment.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
