Role And Responsibilities Client Engagement and Strategy: Work Closely With Client Leadership Teams To Define And Manage Expectations. Collaborate With Clients To Identify Pain Points And Propose Tailored Product Solutions. Solution Design And Coordination Coordinate between clients and internal product development teams for effective product solutioning. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities. Client Management Lead monthly performance reviews to manage expectations and performance metrics. Address daily client queries and ensure timely resolutions. Marketing And Sales Support Collaborate with the marketing team for regular outreach and product promotion. Evangelize Creditas' product offerings across diverse client bases to drive adoption and sales. Product Performance Optimization: Monitor product performance by bridging performance marketing efforts and client business objectives. Leverage insights to drive continuous product improvement and client satisfaction. Key Skills And Competencies B2B Sales Expertise Comprehensive knowledge of business-to-business sales processes, strategies, and best practices. Client Management Ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention. Communication and Collaboration Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
