Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with functional heads and managers to understand business priorities and align HR strategies to support those goals.
Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, guide goal/KRA setting, and support employee development plans.
Design and drive engagement initiatives, organize feedback channels (skip-level meetings, 1-on-1s, surveys), and act on employee concerns effectively.
end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (on boarding, confirmation, transfers, exits) ensuring smooth HR operations.
Address employee grievances, support disciplinary actions, and ensure fair resolution in line with company policy.
Stay updated on employment laws and ensure HR practices comply with local regulations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors or masters degree in human resources or related field
4+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role
Strong understanding of HR functions including performance management, employee relations, and engagement
Experience working with mid to large-scale teams or business units
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and HR tools/systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across levels
