Role – HRBP

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Industry Preffered - IT Consulting & Services

Work Mode – Work from office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and provide HR strategies to support growth.
Partner with department heads on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Provide data-driven insights on people metrics to support business decisions.

2. Talent Management & Employee Development

Drive performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and collaborate with the L&D team to create development plans.
Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Design and implement engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Act as a culture ambassador—promote company values and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct periodic pulse surveys and recommend actionable insights.

4. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policy.
Partner with HR teams on payroll, compliance, and HRIS management.

5. Performance & Compensation Management

Partner with management in annual performance review and compensation processes.
Benchmark salaries and support retention strategies for key talent.
