Shadowfax is looking for a strategic and driven Manager HRBP to join our expanding team in Bangalore DC This is a high-impact role for someone who can drive HR strategy, build and retain a strong blue-collar workforce, and shape the culture of a growing, dynamic business unit.

Key Purpose

• Leverage talent and processes to drive positive business outcomes
• Support business teams in scaling through retention and productivity
• Act as the culture custodian at the business unit level

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive HR processes and improve the overall employee experience
• Lead blue-collar and frontline hiring to meet operational and business needs
• Implement and manage change initiatives effectively
• Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals in a high-growth environment
• Align HR practices closely with business objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with Regional HRBP on performance management and rewards
• Ensure excellence across all stages of the employee lifecycle
