About the Position:

Role: HRBP

Location: Gurgaon

Job Role:

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
Support workforce planning, organization design, and talent management.
Handle employee relations issues and ensure policy and legal compliance.
Coach managers on performance management, leadership, and team development.
Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and change management.
Use HR data and metrics to guide decision-making and improve HR practices.
Collaborate with HR teams (TA, L&D, Compensation) to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.

Essential Requirements

Preferably an MBA (HR) from Tier 1 & 2
A high level of 3+ years of experience working as an HRBP
Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independently.
