HR Trainee

Job Summary:

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources team by assisting with day-to-day HR operations and learning key HR functions. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR activities. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals starting a career in Human Resources to gain practical experience and develop professional HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation logistics.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Support payroll and attendance data collection.
• Respond to basic employee queries under supervision.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Learn and adhere to HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Eagerness to learn with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
