What You’ll Do:

● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse IT and Non-IT roles across India.

● Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailor-made talent

solutions.

● Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

● Stay updated on industry trends to identify and attract top talent.

● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our innovative platform and services.

What We Expect From You:

● 0-6 months of proven experience in recruitment, handling both IT and Non-IT roles.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and tools.

● A passion for identifying and nurturing exceptional talent.
