Job Description: You will be joining our team as an HR Trainee, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in human resources and a basic understanding of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes - Maintain and update employee records - Coordinate training and development initiatives - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities - Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR (completed or currently pursuing) - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience/internship preferred - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Local candidates will be given preference The company provides food and a Provident Fund as benefits.
