HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Human Resources team and contribute to various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Help with the onboarding and orientation of new hires. - Support HR documentation processes by maintaining employee records and files. - Assist with performance management activities and employee engagement programs. - Participate in organizing HR events and training sessions. - Help maintain HR databases and generate periodic reports. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department. - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
