HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Helping in the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition - Supporting training and development activities to enhance employee skills and performance - Assisting in organizing HR events and employee engagement programs - Performing various administrative duties as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels - Have a basic understanding of HR functions to support departmental activities - Be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources This position is full-time and requires working during the day shift.
