HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will be an integral part of the HR team, assisting with various core functions to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leave. - Assisting in the operation and basic troubleshooting of HRMS software. - Updating and managing employee information in HR databases. - Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate coordination and initial screening. - Preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation. - Handling administrative tasks such as filing, communication, and record-keeping. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Proactive approach with a willingness to learn. - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
