Position - HR Trainee

Experience – 0-1 years.

Location - Pondicherry

Job Description:

Create Employee ID for new joiners through registration in the Bio-metric/ Attendance system.

Collect employee registration forms from the supervisors/Managers.

Educate the employees on daily login’s and log offs.

Candidate is expected to monitor the attendance & Bio-Metric for the employees on daily basis.

Candidate should report /rectify on discrepancies on attendance/biometric.

Coordinate with Supervisors/Managers on attendance daily report.

Candidate is expected to visit the venue for any discrepancies on Attendance management system.

Candidate is expected to monitor attendance vigilantly and track absenteeism, over time , shift change etc for salary/wages calculations.

Coordinate with operations team on daily activities of the employees to track the attendance.

Checking the bio-metric system periodically to avoid technical errors and rectify at once if needed.

Coordinate with Supervisors/Managers for uniforms and other needs for the new joiners/ employees.

Notify the management/ Department in case of any discrepancies.

Coordinate with HR team on Salary processing.

Maintain daily attendance report and submit to the Operation/HR team by EOD.

Desired Profile:

Candidate should be willing to travel to locations on regular basis.

Candidate should be well versed in Excel.

Candidates with problem solving skills are preferred.

Candidates with eye to details are preferred.

Male candidates are preferred.

Immediate – 15 days joiners are preferred.
