About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and support various HR functions within our IT organization. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management specific to the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.).
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Assist with performance management and training program coordination.
• Work with HR and IT teams to streamline HR automation and digital processes.
• Help prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation degree.
• Interest in working within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR tools (e.g., ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
