Job Description Experience : 12 to 14 Years Location : Noida Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders. Write and review high-quality, maintainable code as needed. Drive architecture decisions and ensure scalability and performance of applications. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions. Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Mentor and guide the development team in technical and process-related matters. Required Skill Set (Mandatory): ? Strong experience in ASP.NET / C# ? Proficiency in .NET Core , MVC , and Web API ? Good knowledge of SQL Server ? Hands-on experience with ReactJS & having 2 yr min experience ?
