Role Overview We are hiring a Junior Project Manager / Project Lead to oversee smart home & automation projects. Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of ELV/Automation site experience , this is a stepping-stone role to grow into a Project Manager . You’ll plan projects, coordinate teams, and handle client communication — ensuring timely, profitable, and high-quality delivery . Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing project plans, manpower, and material schedules. Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineers, and technicians. Ensure all new client requirements/changes are captured in email. Update ERP with site progress, milestones, and attendance. Visit sites to track work, resolve escalations, and report status. What We’re Looking For Diploma/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in ELV, Automation, or BMS projects. Knowledge of protocols like KNX, Zigbee, AV is an advantage. Strong accountability, proactive problem solving, and client handling skills. Compensation Salary: 30,000 – 40,000/month Incentive: Based on project delivery Growth Path Step up to Project Manager (45K–60K) in 18–24 months. As a Project Engineer (Home Automation) with 3-5 years of experience in Building Automation, you will be responsible for the execution of projects at Nakshatra Automation. Your key roles and deliverables will include service, installation, commissioning of the system, service work documentation, and assisting the operating manager.
