As a Technical Project Manager at Advantal Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully. With a strong background in Mobile Application Development, Custom Software Development, Java, and both Frontend and Backend development, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - Ensuring seamless execution of mobile app development, Java-based backend systems, frontend web applications, and custom software projects. - Tracking project milestones, managing risks, and dependencies proactively. - Collaborating with developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with requirements. - Guiding teams in implementing best practices in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment. - Overseeing Java development for backend systems, focusing on high-quality code, performance, and scalability. - Working with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular to ensure responsive, user-friendly designs. - Ensuring high-quality standards in software architecture, UI/UX, performance, and security. - Acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts for clear understanding. - Serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related discussions, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams. - Addressing project challenges, proposing solutions, and making informed decisions in collaboration with the team. - Identifying resource needs and coordinating effectively with HR and leadership for team scaling. - Anticipating potential project risks, devising mitigation strategies, and implementing corrective actions. - Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and overall quality standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in Mobile Application Development, Java-based backend development, and Custom Software Development projects. - Strong technical background in mobile app development, frontend development, backend systems, and cloud platforms. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices in development and deployment. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
