Technical Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our digital product engineering company, your role will involve managing projects using agile/scrum methodologies throughout the full life-cycle. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding requirements, transforming them into documents and user stories, planning sprints, assigning tasks, conducting daily scrum meetings, and communicating with clients. Your expertise in web/mobile/cloud technologies will be crucial in driving improvements in delivery quality. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects using agile/scrum methodologies from initiation to completion - Gather, understand, and transform requirements into documents and user stories - Plan sprints, assign tasks, conduct daily scrum meetings, and communicate with clients - Identify risks, create test/release plans, and review test cases - Define and communicate deliverables, timing, and scope information clearly - Provide technical guidance to developers, check progress, and ensure quality - Ensure applications and programs meet quality standards and functionality requirements - Utilize fundamental visual and UX design skills, including responsive design Qualifications Required: - Technical background with over 5 years of experience in multiple technologies - Experience in managing and mentoring teams for successful project deliveries - Proficiency in SCRUM/Agile methodologies for medium to large scale projects - Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building - Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on the big picture - Expertise in design patterns and software design patterns - Experience in developing complex projects/programs from design to production If you are passionate about leading diverse teams to build quality software products and have the required technical expertise, we would love to have you on board.
