Job Description

Role Overview:

Implement, manage, and optimize HRMS modules.
Partner with tech teams to automate repetitive HR processes using tools like Excel, BI, or low-code platforms.
Maintain employee databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Talent & Performance Enablement:

Support goal-setting, review cycles, and performance data consolidation.
Assist in digital learning and employee experience initiatives.
Create and track HR analytics reports to measure engagement, retention, and productivity.

Employee Experience & Operations:

Drive onboarding, engagement, and HR communication through digital tools.
Manage vendor coordination for HR technology or engagement platforms.
Ensure smooth coordination across HR functions with minimal manual intervention.

Culture & Collaboration:

Work closely with business leaders to execute HR projects aligned with a flexible culture.
Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability within the HR team.
