Role & responsibilities Responsibility is to design/develop/modify new operational software and automation to support Asia region growth. Other task include requirement gathering, solution design for new system, provide technical support, bug fix, patches and maintenance to existing system. Electrical design skills involving system engineering, procurement assistance to support Lead Engineer and other senior engineers for handling medium to large size projects. Detailed knowledge of PLC automation, SCADA & HMI programming. Ready to travel overseas assignments. Systematic and confidential information (IP) management. Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: Technical report preparation, technical presentation on system studies report, attend technical meetings on project clarification, design review, and detailed design for project. Support project site activities include supervision, testing & commissioning, audit, measurement, etc. Design medium and low voltage electrical distribution and generation systems, including preparing for single line diagram, electrical load list, cable sizing, design for lighting and small power, motor starter circuitry, lightning and earthing system etc., for manufacturing factory. Design instrumentation and control system including preparing for instrument list based on P&ID, generating instrument datasheet, hook-up drawing, cable schedule, input-output list, and design control system architecture, etc. for automated process plants. Lead and ensure that electrical systems meet technical and quality standards. Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for process and machine automation control systems. Create structured code for control applications and ensure they meet safety standard and operational requirements. Develop logic and algorithms for real-time control, including interfacing with servo drives, induction drive, field instruments, etc.. Effective and efficient Project management covering Time plan, risk analysis / contingency plan, FAT, SAT, MAI and operation training, corrective action and satisfactory hand over to users. Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and debugging of automation and control systems. Prepare proper documentation throughout the entire design and development processes. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose faults, and perform corrective actions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure seamless integration of control systems. Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment and provide technical support to end users. To support project management team to deliver projects to business user and handle multiple projects delivery. Conduct training to user if needed. Any other tasks assigned by superior and management. Preferred candidate profile Fundamental knowledge in industrial medium- and low-voltage electrical systems which include motor and motor controls, electrical protection, distribution and generation, electrical infrastructure design, and familiarity with relevant engineering standards. Role & responsibilities - Works with Customer Services team in receiving most updated Customer Confirmation order and Customer requirement. - Analyse and set up priority in Production Schedule. - Participate in contract review with Customer Services & Sales team for all receipt of order to complete confirmation order process. Be able to make commitment of goods ready date. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, in preparing and updating production schedule according to customer requirement and material availability in plant and production capacity. - Initiate and implement the Forward Order Program to help the department with quick retrieval of information and order maintenance through forecast of volume plan based on actual order receipt. - Communicate for the special products instruction or special customer requirement through the production schedule, and ensure that those requirements are produced - Prepare, control and manage the availability of product label for that production week includes special attachment on product that may require by customer. - Follow up and monitor production output according to the priority and customer requirement date in production schedule, feedback problem to responsible person in order to get the Finished Goods delivery to customer as commitment. - Input the relevant product information to RockBis Master Data Form of Finished goods for new part code adding to RockBis system with the information from NA (New Article). - Coordinate with Production in transferring Production Plan date from RockBis to Rockfact. - Control and manage RockBis PP module all transaction command. - Data entry of finished goods receiving transaction from Production to Warehouse in RockBis system and monitoring for accuracy by transaction report. - Producing regular reports, KPI and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. - Ensuring all PP activities are complying with ISO90001 and ISO14000 requirements. - Work on special or any other assignment as identified by direct supervisor.
