Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience must be required Hospital & Healthcare (Immediate Joiner will be preferred)

  • Responsible for

    end-to-end recruitment and selection

    processes, from Executive to Senior Management levels (Medical, Para Medical & Admin).
  • Involved in

    annual manpower planning and organizational expansion

    , in consultation with functional heads.
  • Conducts

    interviews for management-level positions

    and ensures timely onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Manages the

    joining formalities and onboarding process

    for all new hires.
  • Prepares and executes

    department-wise induction plans

    and conducts

    orientation programs

    for new employees.
  • Develops and maintains

    unit/department-wise roster planning

    .
  • Conducts

    in-house training programs

    and coordinates

    external training sessions

    on process, software, and soft skills.
  • Handles

    payroll generation and processing

    in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensures

    statutory compliance

    with PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Proficient in

    MS Excel and PowerPoint

    for HR analytics and presentations.
  • Manages

    Full & Final settlements

    ,

    leave management

    , and

    employee database maintenance

    .
  • Maintains and updates HR documentation including

    insurance policies, HR handbook, doctor lists, appraisal forms, and training schedules

    .
  • Reviews

    compensation and benefits structure

    up to junior designer level.
  • Assists in

    annual headcount reporting

    and

    organizational chart updates

    in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Conducts

    audit and authentication of HR-related legal documents

    , salary statements, and company policies.
  • Visits all centers monthly

    for HR coordination and compliance checks.
  • Provides

    overall HR coordination

    across multiple units.
  • Prepares for all positions in alignment with organizational structure.
