Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee grievances, exit interviews, and background verifications to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct induction programs for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle joining formalities, exit formalities, and perform employee retention activities to maintain high levels of morale.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., IT) to resolve technical issues affecting business operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks related to recruitment, training & development, payroll processing, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in an HR role within the BPOI industry.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, including background verification and induction program management.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling employee grievances and conducting exit interviews effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
