Designation:- HR Executive Location:- Surat Reporting to :- Management Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Conduct employee counselling, whenever required. Ensure training programs are in place to address the training needs of contractual and permanent employees. Process monthly payroll as per policy and submit to management after salary calculations. Coordinate the salary review plan and certify and approve all salary actions, such as promotions, demotions, re-classifications and merit increases for submission to management. Oversee employee benefits administration for all employees. Oversees that all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed. HRMS & People Management Manage HRMS processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking (PMS), and exit formalities. Data Management Organize, analyse, and maintain business data for accuracy and accessibility. Monthly Reporting – Compile and present reports from various departments for management review. Recruitment – Support end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding Monitor and track field sales activities through application-based tools. Coordinate daily with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of field operations. Track and follow up on customer orders from booking to dispatch. Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing, dispatch planning, and stock availability. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely data updates in the system. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports for the management. Assist the Sales Manager with sales planning, performance tracking, and operational support. Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements. Ensure proper communication flow between sales, warehouse, and accounts teams. Support the team in resolving sales-related issues and providing timely updates to management.
