Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage Entire Employee Life cycle (From Hire to Retire).
  • Recruitment process by sourcing and identifying candidates through Portal, social media, Reference, conducting interviews, salary negotiation, reference checks and issuing offer letters.
  • Onboarding formalities: Documentation, Induction of new team members, Employee personal file creation and maintenance, updating records in Software and managing database.
  • Assist in HR related matters.
  • MIS handling and submission of regular reports.
  • Attendance monitoring and preparing payroll inputs and coordinating with payroll team for timely input.
  • Handling statutory compliance.
  • Open to travel for across units/Locations.
  • Employee engagement activities and keep update on latest HR best practices.
  • Handling F&F settlements, assisting ex-employees in PF withdrawal/transfer process.
