Role Overview Aanandam is looking for a proactive HR Generalist & Administrative Executive who can manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth working environment. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing people responsibilities with administrative efficiency and thrives in a creative, dynamic manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview coordination Draft job descriptions & post across job portals Maintain hiring trackers & candidate database Coordinate with department heads for manpower needs in design, operations & manufacturing 2. Onboarding & Exit Formalities Onboarding Handle joining documentation and HRMS setup Conduct induction sessions for new employees Arrange welcome kits, access cards, desk setup, and IT coordination Exit Manage exit interviews, no-dues process & documentation Coordinate final settlements and handovers 3. HR Operations & Employee Records Maintain employee personal files and HRMS entries Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving) Monitor attendance, leave & shift schedules (including production shifts if applicable) Share monthly inputs for payroll processing 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations Organize welfare programs, recognition activities & communication initiatives Foster a positive and collaborative work environment 5. Office Administration & Facility Management Manage front-office and day-to-day office operations Oversee office supplies, housekeeping, and pantry services Handle vendor coordination (stationery, printing, housekeeping, security, IT) Manage visitor records, courier, travel arrangements & ID/access cards Ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained workspace for office & production units 6. Administrative Support & Coordination Coordinate interviews, meetings & training sessions Maintain admin logs, expense records, and procurement documentation Assist with purchasing office equipment, tools, and supplies Support leadership with administrative tasks and operations support 7. HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting Assist in updating and implementing HR policies Maintain statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) Support internal and external audits Prepare HR/Admin MIS reports (attendance, headcount, payroll inputs, etc.) 8. Performance Management Coordinate KRA/KPI setting and appraisal cycles Maintain performance records and follow-up on reviews Support managers with basic performance documentation Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication & interpersonal skills Excellent organizational & administrative abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with HRMS systems (Zoho, Keka, GreytHR, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to multitask & manage priorities Professional, approachable & people-friendly attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Qualifications Bachelors degree or MBA in HR/Administration 14 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR + Admin roles Experience in manufacturing, design, or creative industry environments is a plus Why Join Aanandam?
