Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Attendance Management - Manage attendance on daily basis manually and maintain proper leave record
Payroll Specialist-He/She will be responsible for all aspects of payroll, including managing employee deductions as well as processing payroll by the organizations payroll schedule and salary administration policies.
HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and other relevant databases. Generate HR reports and analyse data for HR metrics.
Salary Administration: Handle operations of salary administration, which includes processing payroll, calculating salaries, and addressing any salary-related issues or inquiries from employees. They work closely with finance departments and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Compliance with labour regulations-Knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and recommend policy updates as needed.
ESIC/PF- Expert knowledge of ESIC and PF Registration,deductions from salary as per the act.
Handle on Site HR Compliance
Prepare all Site Compliance Register.(Muster roll,Wages Register,Workman register,etc)
Knowledge of Registration under Labour license and BOCW act as per Compliance requirement
Handle all Legal case work such as labour court and Civil Court Work etc.
Knowledge of Income tax deduction
General HR Operations
Recruitment- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
